PRIVACY

A clear explanation of how your information is used.

This notice covers information submitted through the CXC Initiatives website, including the enquiry form and live product assistant.

Information you choose to provide

The request form may collect your name, work email, business name, selected service, an optional website or relevant link, and the message you submit. The live assistant receives the questions you type and a temporary conversation identifier.

Why it is used

Form information is used to understand your request, recommend a practical next step and respond to you. Assistant questions are sent to the configured CXC assistant service so it can return an answer about the product.

Storage and processing

Enquiries are stored in the site's protected lead database and sent through a secured workflow webhook for notification and follow-up. Access to the private inbox is restricted to the configured owner account. Webhook authentication keys are kept on the server and are never exposed in the browser.

Abuse prevention

The public form and assistant use short-lived rate-limit counters. Network addresses are transformed into keyed, irreversible digests before a counter is stored; raw addresses are not stored in the rate-limit table. Expired counters are removed automatically.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the relationship and maintain appropriate business records. Abuse-prevention counters stop being valid after no more than one hour and expired records are removed during subsequent requests. You may ask CXC Initiatives to review or delete an enquiry by sending a request through the form and identifying the email address used.

Analytics and cookies

This release does not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers. The private inbox uses ChatGPT sign-in only for authorised owner access.

Questions about this notice can be submitted through the same protected request form.
